Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Clinic Harmony ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Clinic Harmony is a cloud-based practice management platform designed for dental and medical clinics. The Service includes call management, patient communication, task management, AI-assisted analytics, and other tools as described on our website.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information, including a valid phone number and email address.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• Be at least 18 years of age.

4. Multi-Tenant Architecture

Each registered organization ("Domain") operates in an isolated environment. Your data is logically separated from other organizations. You are responsible for managing user access within your Domain, including inviting and removing users.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other Domains or user accounts.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Upload malicious code or content.
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization.

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content. However, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your data as necessary to provide the Service.

7. Subscription and Billing

The Service may include free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Non-payment may result in account suspension.

8. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days, after which it may be permanently deleted.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clinic Harmony shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Vancouver, British Columbia.
